To ensure your satisfaction, we are pleased to offer a “never seen before” 10-year guarantee on our rosewood products, covering manufacturing defects to give you absolute confidence in your purchase.

Warranty Terms

Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Period: The 10-year guarantee starts from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser who bought new products directly from Rosewood Collection Singapore. All items must be installed, used, and maintained in the delivered address according to our care instructions to qualify for coverage.

Exclusions: Modifications to the original product or damage resulting from relocating house due to handling by movers, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance void the warranty. Discolouration is a natural occurrence if the wood is placed outdoor and directly under the glare of the sun. We do not warrant discolouration but we are happy to do a re-surfacing and re-coating for a fee. Do contact us to make arrangements.
